SoloBlawg.com

April 12, 2006

Ben Cowgill recently launched a new weblog called SoloBlawg.com. This blog is dedicated to solo practice and legal technology. This blog will also serve as Ben’s “all purpose” blog. This allows him to dedicate his legal ethics blog solely to legal ethics issues. If his dedication to this site is anything like that of his ethics blog, I anticipate it will quickly become a trusted resource for solo practitioners and legal techies alike.

Thanks for the kind words, Ed. I’ll try to live up to them.

Keep up the good work with the Kentucky Torts blog. It’s an example of a phenomenon which I may write something about, to wit: Kentucky lawyers tend to write substantive, practice-oriented weblogs, rather than chatty, “hey look at this link” blogs.

I think that may reveal something about our level-headed mid-western character. The folks on the coasts can joke about those of us who live here in “the Great Fly-Over”, but if law-related weblogs are any indication, we’re quick to learn what is worthwhile and what is just a waste of time. Again, my compliments on your work
